Meet Michelle
Michelle, founder & majority owner, is a Chicago Native - now a proud Phoenician. Michelle started in the business in 2002, working for a Family Owned Mortgage Brokerage. After being there several years she transitioned to larger companies such as Cole Taylor Bank, MB Financial, Loan Depot, and Lennar Mortgage.
Over the years, she's gained vast experience and knowledge of the industry. Being a valued processor requires critical thinking, problem-resolution skills, open communication, and hard work. All of which she has done over the years has processed hundreds of loans.
She knows the struggles loan officers come across when relying on their peers for such a crucial part of the process. She also knows delivering great service to homebuyers is paramount! She has helped borrowers feel confident things will go smoothly. Loan officers and borrowers can attest that, Michelle has consistently demonstrated these skills.
Michelle has a strong passion for mortgage processing and enjoys the process of helping borrowers get "over the finish line" and having their dream of homeownership realized.

In Michelle's free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, going to concerts, and caring for her 2 fur babies.
Meet Mike
Mike is the co-founder of Mortgage Processing Pros and has seven years of experience as a Loan officer and manager within the mortgage industry.
He takes pride in delivering speed, efficiency, and exceptional service to every customer.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable in Conv, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-conf & Non-QM.
Outside of work. Mike is a Chicago native who loves all sports, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and their two dogs.
